Starting in 2023, I´m Honorary Professor for Organization and Leadership in the Department of Economics at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main. My focus is on the implementation of digital transformation in companies and the "digital leadership" of executives.

My "career" as a lecturer started in 2003 at the "Frankfurt School of Finance & Management" in the area of organizational development and human resources management. Since 2016 I´m teaching at Goethe University.

In cooperation with the "Center for Leadership and Behavior in Organizations" at the University of Frankfurt, I conduct studies on digitization, in the past for example on improving the email culture in companies and the requirements of digital leadership. These studies result in specialist publications, for example in Personal Quarterly or Organizational Development.
