I founded my company in 2001. My wife Ilona Groß is also active as Managing Director of Groß & Cie. Together with our team, we advise companies in three business areas, develop creative concepts and implement appropriate activities:
- Change Management: for the successful transformation of companies, for example in the case of digital transformation or restructuring, M&A transaction and post-merger-integration of companies.
- Talent Management: for securing and developing competencies in companies, for example through employee retention or in digital transformation.
- Coaching and Training: for mobilizing the potential of teams and individual employees, for example in training on digitization or in individual coaching.
The various activities complement and promote each other on an ongoing basis. Activities in management consulting flow into his work as a lecturer, author and speaker. Conversely, consulting, for example, benefits considerably from the latest findings through the work at the university.
